If you're a team member, and you'd like to remove a team folder to save space on your computer, consider using an online-only folder instead. Permanently deleting: If you permanently delete a team folder, it cannot be recovered, even by Dropbox support.Removing: Removing a user's or group's access to a team folder essentially unshares that folder.
Archiving: An archived team folder is still accessible to admins via the team folder manager archived team folders are not available to team members. From here, you can Remove access, or give edit or view-only permissions. Click the dropdown menu next to the user or group name to change permissions. From here you can add groups next to Add groups, or change group permissions. Click Manage next to the team folder name.
